His new Series 3 contains meditations focusing on the breath, body, mind, and heart (each roughly 20-30 minutes in length), plus a brief walking meditation. Series 2 contains 3 sitting and 3 lying-down meditations of varying lengths (10 min; 20 min; 30 min), plus lake & mountain meditations and tracks with just silence and bells. Breathing: The Master Key to Self Healing (2-CD set)
Andrew Weil, M.D. (Available at Alternatives Library in Anabel Taylor Hall, Cornell)
The first CD in this set is a lecture describing the multiple benefits of breathwork. The second CD includes 8 breathing exercises to help you extend your exhalation, breathe in an energizing way, or breath in a slower, relaxing way. Weil has broken down these yogic breathing exercises into steps that are easier for a Western audience to master. You can mix and match the tracks for a custom-made sequence that works best for you.
