Welcome to my home page!

I am a development economist who will be on the job market this academic year and available for interviews at the AEA meetings in January. My dissertation investigates child labor, education, and the evaluation of irrigation investments in northern Mali. This work is based on a household survey of over 2,500 households that I planned and managed in 2006.

My research interests are in development economics, education and health. I am interested in teaching development economics, applied econometrics, applied microeconomics and microeconomics courses.
