Stayed Dry


Professor Quantum was listening to the morning news when he heard the 
weather forecaster announce the temperature as 68 degrees Fahrenheit 
with 100% humidity. Instinctively, he grabbed his raincoat as he stepped 
outside for the 20 minute walk to work. Typical of the absent minded 
professor, when he got to work he realized that he'd been carrying his 
raincoat the entire way and had forgotten to put it on. However he remained 
completely dry. How is this possible?

Answer:
100% humidity is not rain. When the humidity is given in a weather report, 
it does not actually refer to the amount of water in the air.
