Welcome to my home page. I am a Ph.D. candidate in the department of economics at Cornell University. My research interests are Macroeconomics, Banking, Monetary Economics, and Economic Theory. My dissertation studies (1) the role of herding behavior in driving fundamental-based bank runs, and (2) an asymmetric-information, extrinsic randomizing device in panic-based bank runs.

I am currently on the job market and will be available for interviews at the AEA/ASSA meetings in Chicago in January 2007.
