Welcome to my Web site!

       

 

 

My name is Edward Mabaya.  You can call me Ed.  I am a Research Associate for the Emerging Markets Program under the Department of Applied Economics and Management (AEM) at Cornell University. I am the coordinator of two SME development initiatives working Sub-Saharan Africa: the Seeds of Development Program (SODP) and the Making Markets Matter workshop.  My research expertise is on economic analysis of agricultural markets with a regional focus on Sub-Saharan Africa.  My teaching experience is in the area of Marketing Management and Development Economics. Prior to Cornell, I worked as a research assistant at the University of Zimbabwe in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension where I earned my B.Sc. I earned both his MS and Ph.D. degrees in Agricultural Economics at Cornell University.
