I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics at Cornell University.  My dissertation analyzes the effect of measurement error in survey-reported earnings on earnings mobility estimates.  I use a confidential dataset from the U.S. Census Bureau that contains the Survey of Income and Program Participation (SIPP) linked to the Social Security Administration's Detailed Earnings Record.

I am currently the administrator of the New York Census Research Data Center located at the Cornell Institute for Social and Economic Research.  I am on the job market and will be available for interviews at the AEA/ASSA meetings in New Orleans in January 2008.
