Hello nameless visitor
and welcome to my site! My name is Mikhail Lisovich and I'm
currently a second year Ph.D. student at Cornell University working
in Professor Wicker's WISL networks research group. My current
interests include:
-
Emerging privacy concerns
in next generation sensor systems, particularly those associated
with umcoming demand-response and
SCADA technologies.
-
The imact of mobility on
large-scale sensor networks. I'm interested in both initial
deployment and the use of mobility to improve sensing
effectiveness & network topology.
You'll find a list of my past
and pending publications in the Research section. I'm always open to
collaboration, so feel free email me if you have an idea that you'd
like to develop together!
Aside from wireless networks,
one of my biggest interests is writing.
I've accumulated a small collection of short and not-so-short
stories over the years, and if you're reading these lines, I want
you to read them! They're located in the 'My
Stories' section of the website. If you like them/hate
them, tell me! I like praise as much as anyone, and I really don't
mind criticism. In either case you will have earned my gratitude,
which (within reason) you can dispense with as you please.
Sincerely,
Mikhail |
