My research on the syntax of Cimbrian led to the publication of three short papers in the minority language's journal Cimbri - Tzimbar, published by the Curatorium Cimbricum Veronense in Giazza, Italy. One more for a different journal is in print, and yet another is being edited. Hopefully more will follow soon!
This year I am teaching introductory Italian for the Romance Language Department at Cornell University. Nothing gets you over stage fright quite like lecturing (exclusively in Italian) four times a week to a class full of confused undergraduates! I've also had experience tutoring students at introductory and intermediate levels of Italian Language and Literature programs at Yale University.
