Got a birthday coming up soon. Hard to believe I'm going to be 35 years old. I still feel like emotionally I'm 15... Came across an interesting description of my Zodiac sign of Scorpio. Weird how a good portion of the description seems fairly accurate, especially some of the negative tendencies.

Got the new album "One by One" by the Foo Fighters last week. As predicted, I was not disappointed. Dave Grohl writes great music. On the whole, the album is pretty solid, devoid of a lot of fluff & filler. The lead off single "All my life" is a great up-tempo rocker. Brian May from Queen guests on guitar on one of the tracks. One of the best songs off the album is "Times like these." Check it out, you'll be glad that you did.

New album by Phish coming out next month. It appears that they recorded it in about four days' time.

The Rash boys will be getting together to jam at my place this coming weekend. This will be our fourth installment as a trio. Some new tunes for us as well, so it should be a good time.

Pretty lame turnout for trick-or-treaters this year, unlike last year's festivities. Oh well, at least we got to be the cool house who gave away lots of candy to each kid that came. Is it me, or does it seem like there are a lot of middle school & high school age kids trick-or-treating these days?
