My buddy & bandmate Bryan O'Malley has completely overhauled the web site for our fraternity, Psi Phi Delta. It looks great, so check it out. If you like his work, check out his company's web site - Chameleon Systems, Inc. He's the owner. Great job Bryan!!!

Just purchased our tickets to go see the Australian Pink Floyd Tribute show in Syracuse on 10/28/04. From what I've read about these guys, they're about the closest thing you're going to get to seeing Pink Floyd these days. They have a .wmv trailer on their site under the "Media" section. I checked it out & they certainly look & sound good. Some of the arrangements seem to be reminiscent of the 1987 tour that was captured on the live album "The Delicate Sound of Thunder." I caught that tour at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, NY back in October of 1987 when I was all of 19 years old (funny thing is, Kat was at this show too. Don't know how we missed each other, there were only about 40,000 other people there...). In any case, I digress... Should be a cool show. Nate has never seen Floyd before, so I'd venture a guess he's going to dig this.

Welcome to October. On 10/3/04, Kat & I took Nate to see the almighty Henry Rollins last night to hear him tear it up doing his spoken word thing at the Binghamton, NY venue the Broome County Forum. This was the third time we've seen him in the last three years & Nate's first time. As always, Henry did not disappoint. He kept us entertained with stories of his visits to the US troops stationed in Iraq, Kuwait & Afghanistan, the sad & untimely death of Johnny Ramone (as well as his own personal story of seeing The Ramones for the first time), getting involved by voting in the upcoming election, driving in Los Angeles & what it's like to be from the East Coast & live on the West Coast ("Hey man, just relax." "F**K YOU, YOU RELAX!!!"). Listening to him speak for over two hours straight is one of the best ways imaginable I can think of to spend an evening. The man had enlarged my mind, yet again.
