Teaching

My teaching interests are a reflection of my research focus and my industry experience as a military officer, plant manager, and organizational change consultant. I combine relevant theory with my own personal knowledge of leadership, management, and organizational conflict in order to shape the classroom experience for my students.

Courses offered by the Management and Organizations department at that are relevant to my teaching interests include:

·                      Managing and Leading in Organizations

·                      Leadership in Teams and Organizations

·                      Introduction to Management and Organizations

·                      Negotiations

Since the Fall semester of 2005 I have taught three sessions of Negotiations and one session of Managing and Leading in Organizations for non-Johnson School students.
